Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide stable profits to a terminal equipment installing person without giving serious damage to a user concerning the charge collecting terminal equipment for performing the extra collection of charges asynchronously with a network charging signal from a communication line network.
CONSTITUTION: When the first network charging signal to be sent from an exchange 1 corresponding to the response of a speaking party is detected, charges are collected at timing synchronized with the network charging signal and before the second network charging signal is detected, charges are collected in a cycle peculiar for the terminal previously set to a peculiar charging cycle setting means 21. When a cycle deciding means 22 decides the network charging cycle is shorter than the peculiar charging cycle, charges are collected at timing synchronized with the second network charging signal and afterwards, the extra collection of charges is asynchronously performed in an extra charging cycle calculated based on the cycle of the network charging signal.
