Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge control circuit capable of controlling a charging and discharging current even when a trouble has occurred in one secondary battery among secondary batteries connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A charge and discharge control circuit includes: a first power terminal where a first electrode of a first secondary battery is connected; a second power terminal where a first electrode of a second secondary battery, connected in parallel to the first secondary battery, is connected ; a third power terminal where a second electrode of the first secondary battery and the second secondary battery is connected; a connection circuit connecting the first power terminal and the second power terminal to each other to output the electric potential after the connection; and a control section in operation using the potential difference between an electric potential output from the connection circuit and an electric potential supplied from the third power terminal as a power voltage to control charging and discharging of the first secondary battery and the second secondary battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
