Abstract:
To provide a charge/discharge device and a charge/discharge system capable of reducing a reception frequency of a stop signal from a motor car, without narrowing an SOC band of an on-vehicle battery excessively.SOLUTION: In a charge/discharge device 20 including a power conversion part 21 performing charge/discharge operation for an on-vehicle battery 61 of a motor car 60, and a control section 22 for controlling the power conversion part, the control section 22 includes a communication unit for receiving a stop signal from the motor car 60 and performing parallel off operation and reconnection operation, a limit value setting section for setting a "charge limit value" of the on-vehicle battery 61 to a value smaller than an SOC of the on-vehicle battery 61 after stop detection, and setting the "discharge limit value" of the on-vehicle battery 61 to a value larger than the SOC of the on-vehicle battery 61 after stop detection, and a charge/discharge control section for stopping the charge/discharge operation when the SOC of the on-vehicle battery 61 reaches the "charge limit value" or the "discharge limit value".SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
