Abstract:

To provide a charge pump circuit for eliminating the dependence on a power supply voltage and reducing the temperature dependence.

A charge pump circuit consists of a first switching element 16, that inputs a first control signal (signal 1) from a PLL circuit and outputs a current I3 from a first current mirror circuit 20 to a control terminal 30, and a second switching element 17 that is provided between a second current mirror circuit 21 and the control terminal 30, inputs a second control signal (signal 2) from the PLL circuit, and feeds a current I4 from the control terminal 30 into the second current mirror circuit 21. In this case, the constant current source of the first and second current mirror circuits 20 and 21 includes a differential amplifier, a reference voltage source 18 that has a negative temperature coefficient provided at the gate of one transistor of the differential amplifier and does not depend on the fluctuation of a power supply voltage, and a resistor R3, that is made of polysilicon with a negative temperature coefficient which is provided at the gate of the other transistor of the differential amplifier.
