Abstract:
PURPOSE: To vertically fix and support a stud bolt by clamping a base material with two pairs of spherical washers by means of a threaded pin, in which threading for stud bolt installation is carried out, and a nut fastening and fixing the threaded pin and regulating adjustment positions of the spherical washers.
CONSTITUTION: A threaded pin 5 is inserted in a bolt hole spot faced in a base material 1, and the base material 1 is clamped between the threaded pin 5 and a fastening nut 8. Spherical washers 6 are arranged between the threaded pin 5 and the base material 1 and between the fastening nut 8 and the base material 1. A stud bolt 4 is inserted into the threaded pin 5 via the fastening nut 8, and a degree of vertical of the stud bolt 4 is regulated by means of the spherical washers 6, and then, the stud bolt 4 is fastened by means of the fastening nut 8. In this way, insertion work of a liner to a gap generated because of defective flatness in the base material or correcting adjustment machining of a bolt or a box nut according to a condition can be dispensed with, so that assembly with high reliability is facilitated.
