To make usable a charger for a radio telephone set in each of the cases, wherein an AC adaptor and a putting-on base of the radio telephone set are brought respectively into their integrated state with each other and their separated state from each other, and to improve portability of the radio telephone set, by so providing in the end portion of a stand the putting-on base of the radio telephone set that the position of the putting-on base can be set in states in which the radio telephone set is made supportable, even when the stand abuts against a nearly vertical plane and with respect to a nearly horizontal plane.

In a putting-on base 16 of a portable telephone set 3, power feeding contact pieces are so provided as to abut against the charging terminals of the portable telephone set 3. Also, in both the side portions of the putting-on base 16, there are provided cavities for inserting thereinto its support arms 31, pivot holes for inserting thereinto a pivot minor axis 2, and guiding cavity grooves for fitting thereinto in a displaceable way the aligning protrusions of a stand 15 by using as centers the pivot holes. Furthermore, there are provided aligning protrusions of the putting-on base 16 which are positioned in the guiding cavity grooves and can be engaged with the aligning protrusions of the stand 15, leg portions 33 protruded toward the stand 15 which can be inserted into recesses of the stand 15, and fastening protrusions 34 protruded from the leg portions 33 so as to be engaged with fastening holes of the cavities of the stand 15. As a result, the putting-on base 16 can be rotated relative to the stand 15 by using as a center the pivot minor axis 32.
