Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to couple a charging cable to a power supply facility and lock it during use so that it cannot be removed.SOLUTION: A lock device 1 comprises: a lock lever 3 which is pivoted to a lever shaft 32 in a housing 2 to be able to rotate between a restricted position and a release position; a code lock 4 fixed to the housing 2 to lock the lock lever 3 to the restricted position; and a trigger mechanism supported by the housing 2 to control the operation of the lock lever 3 and the code lock 4. An operation shaft 42 of the code lock 4 locks the lever shaft 32 to the restricted position in a locked position and releases it in a release position. The trigger mechanism can move freely between a movable position and an immovable position depending on the presence of a cable C in a reception concavity 21a, and is energized to an immovable position usually, and in the immovable position restricts the lever shaft 32 in the release position and the operation shaft 42 in the release position to incapacitate the rotary operation of both the shafts 32 and 42. Also, in the movable position the trigger mechanism releases both the shafts 32 and 42 to allow for the rotary operation of them.
