Abstract:

To provide a charging communication apparatus which rapidly restores charging communication even when it is difficult to complete update of a communication program due to a voltage reduction in an auxiliary battery, and to provide a charging communication system, a charging communication method, a program, and a medium.

The charging communication apparatus 1 includes: a determination means 3a for determining whether a charge control program can be updated or not, while a power-supply voltage V of the vehicle auxiliary battery 2 is not more than a predetermined value VC; and a charging means 3b for charging a drive battery 5 from an external power supply 4 on the basis of a rectangular signal (CPLT signal) containing a voltage level from the external power supply 4 and a duty ratio when the determination of the determination means 3a is affirmative.
