Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect -ΔV of a secondary battery which is being charged by correctly detecting a rapid change in load of a portable equipment, in a charging controlling circuit which performs a floating charging.
SOLUTION: A plurality of a voltage change detecting sections are installed, each of which comprises an A/D inputting circuit 32, a memory means 28 which stores the voltage value of a secondary battery 40 outputted from the inputting circuit 32, and a comparing means 27 which compares the voltage value detected this time with the one detected the last time. The construction ratio of voltage dividing means 31 which divide the battery voltage is so set that an error place in one A/D inputting circuit 32a may not overlap an error place in the other A/D inputting circuit 32b.
