Abstract:
To suppress fluctuations in a control voltage when a storage battery is connected.SOLUTION: A charging device 61 includes: a pair of input terminals T11, T12 to which a second DC voltage V2 is input; and a pair of output terminals T21, T22 to which a battery 71 is electrically and detachably connected. The charging device 61 includes a detection circuit 612 that detects whether the storage battery 71 is connected to the pair of output terminals T21 and T22. The charging device 61 includes a suppression circuit (control circuit 613) for suppressing fluctuation of the second DC voltage V2 from a point when the detection circuit 612 detects a connection until the predetermined waiting period elapses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
