CONSTITUTION: Flexible linear transmission bodies 5 to form a revolving orbit are rotatably arranged in a tower-shaped support body, and guides 7 are arranged almost in parallel in a displaced shape under its revolving orbit. A large number of battery holding stands 8 whose upper end parts are pivotally fixed to the flexible linear transmission bodies 5 and lower end parts are guided by the guides 7 and have almost horizontal battery support parts 8c, are provided, and secondary batteries are carried out and carried in from a lower battery carrying-in and carrying out part to the battery holding stands 8 existing in a specific position.
