A charging plan setting system has a means for registering information of a carrier with which each user contracts in a charging information management server 20, a means for storing charging plan information transmitted from a carrier charging server 30 associating with the carrier by the charging information management server 20, a means for transmitting charging plan setting screen information of the carrier with which the user contracts to a user terminal 10 by the charging information management server 20 when the user terminal 10 accesses a Web site for setting a charging plan, a means for receiving charging plan data inputted on the charging plan setting screen by the user and for transmitting the charging plan data to the carrier charging server 30 of the carrier with which the user contracts by the charging information management server 20, and a means for storing the charging plan data received by the carrier charging server 30 associating with the user and for notifying of the charging information management server 20 a completion of a registration and an update.
