Abstract:
To provide a charging system and a charger capable of appropriately controlling charging on the basis of a temperature of a battery unit and a temperature of the charger when charging any of a plurality of battery units in the case of charging a device that includes the plurality of battery units connected in parallel with each other.SOLUTION: A charging system 100 includes a charger 1 and a detector 2. The detector 2 includes a first battery unit 21 and a second battery unit 22 connected in parallel to each other, and a first temperature detection unit 21a and a second temperature detection unit 21b. The charger 1 includes a temperature detection unit 16 and charges a battery unit to be charged among the first battery unit 21 and the second battery unit 22. A control unit 12 of the charger 1 controls charging by the charger 1 on the basis of temperature information d1 or d2 of the battery unit to be charged and temperature information d3 of the charger 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
