To provide a charging system for accurately filling telephone call charges to terminal which executes speech.
A charging counting part 11 communicates the counted charging frequency to a PBX charging information storing part 12, and the PBX charging information storing part 12 stores the accumulated totals of the charging frequency. A charging information communicating part 13 loads the charging frequency stored in the PBX charging information storing part 12 on data to be supplied to a terminal 20, and communicates the data to the terminal 20. A terminal charging information storing part 21 updates stored charging frequency according to the charging frequency communicated from a PBX 10. A charging correcting part 22 operates charging processing equivalent to charging frequency being a difference between the charging frequency stored in the terminal charging information storing part 21 and charging processed charging frequency. When the terminal 20 ends speech, a charged result communicating part 23 communicates the charging processed charging frequency to the PBX 10. A charging information correcting part 14 compares the charging frequency communicated form the terminal 20 with the charging frequency stored in the PBX charging information storing part 12, and when they are not made coincident, the charging information correcting part 14 corrects the charging frequency.
