Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging for each battery device for electric vehicle accurately and safely, at a rated charge voltage and a rated charge current suited to each battery device.SOLUTION: A charge system comprises the battery device 1, which is mounted on an electrical automobile, and a charger 2 which charges the battery device 1. The battery device 1 has a memory 5, which stores information about the rated charge voltage and charge current of the battery device 1, and the charger 2 has an input part 7, which receives the input of the information about the charge voltage and the charge current, and a comparator 8, which calls out the information about the rated charge voltage and charge current stored in the memory 5 of the battery device 1, compares it with the information about the inputted charge voltage and charge current, and transmits a charge starting signal, when they agree with each other or transmits a charge stop signal in case that they do not agree with each other. The battery device 1 or the charger 2 has a control unit 9 which starts charge in case that it receives the charge starting signal or stops the charge, when it receives a charge stop signal.
