Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the utilization factor of a video chat apparatus 4 cannot be improved because an interface for receiving reservation of video chat by the operation of users of video phones 1, 2 is not provided in advance.
SOLUTION: When a reception processing section 151 out of reception processing sections 151-15N performs reception processing for a reservation request, the section 151 researches whether or not there is an idle portion in the resources of a video chat apparatus 23 allocated to the section 151, and if there is an idle portion, the portion of the resources is reserved to be used.
