Title:
CHECKING-INSPECTING METHOD OF LEAKAGE IN RECOVERED FLUIDIC MICROCOMPUTER GAS METER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2708290
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable highly-precise inspection of leakage in a short time by comparing the total sum of flow rate signals within a prescribed leakage checking-inspecting time with a threshold value after the inspecting time, immediately after a scan is started after a shut-off valve once operates.
CONSTITUTION: When a reset button is pushed, a timer circuit 2 starts to operate and a flow rate signal outputted from a flow sensor 1 is inputted to an integrator 4 and integrated therein. An integral value for 30 seconds, for instance, is inputted to a comparator circuit 6 via a gate circuit 5 and compared with a threshold value set by a threshold value setting circuit 7. When the integral value is larger than the threshold value, a signal of closure is outputted to a shut-off valve 10 and the valve 10 is closed. When the integral value smaller than the threshold value is inputted, the valve 10 is held open. When a gas cock is opened mis-takenly in an inspecting time of 30 seconds, a sudden change of a flow rate occurs and also the integral value becomes large. The integral value in this case is compared in a comparator circuit 8 with a threshold value of a high-flow-rate threshold value setting circuit 9. After judgement is made as abnormal, the signal of closure is outputted to the valve 10 and the valve 10 is stopped at once.
