To provide a cheese package having fiber property with improved tearableness.SOLUTION: There is provided a package of cheese having a fiber property, in which the package is packed by a gas substitution package and/or deoxidation agent encapsulation, an oxygen permeation degree of a packaging material used for the package is 100 fmol/(ms Pa) or less, or a surface liquid component amount of the cheese is 0.02 ml/g or less, or the cheese has an almost circular column shape or an almost polygonal columnar shape (including an almost columnar shape and an almost triangular prismatic shape).SELECTED DRAWING: None
