PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high throughput from an object of data transmission of a near distance to a remote distance by excluding a limit of the throughput due to transmission confirmation of a transmission structure unit to be executed to realize transmission not permitting an error.
SOLUTION: A structure extract means 104 of a transmitter side data transmitter 101 receives data from a transmitter side storage device to extract structural data based on a structure provided substantially in a structural file. A transmission means 105 gives an error check code to the structural data and sends the resulting data to a receiver side data transmitter 102 via a transmission line 103. A reception means 108 at a receiver side checks an error in the structural data and a structure reception means 109 conducts transmission confirmation or re-transmission request. The transmitter side starts transmission of new structural data in response to the transmission confirmation and conducts re-transmission of the structural data in response to a re-transmission request.
