Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical cleaning method and a chemical cleaning device capable of performing chemical cleaning of removing hematite at a low cost and further capable of reducing a maintenance work period.SOLUTION: A cleaning liquid comprising a neutral rust-preventive agent is directly fed to a cleaning objective apparatus 10 having a member stuck with hematite through a chemical liquid feed line 102. The region at least stuck with hematite is immersed into the cleaning liquid, the oxidation-reduction potential of the cleaning liquid is held to a value at which hematite is eluted out and chemical cleaning is performed, thus the hematite is eluted out from the member so as to be removed away.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
