Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [R1 is H, NH2, protecting group R2, R3 are methyl, ethyl; R4 is 1W4C alkyl, allyl, 2-butenyl, 3-butenyl, 2-hydroxyethyl, 3-hydroxypropyl, 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl, pyridylmethyl, pyridylethyl, benzyl, phenethyl], its salt and a solvent product.
EXAMPLE: 7-[( Z )-2-( 2-Aminothiazol-4-yl )-2-methoxyiminoacetamide]-3-( trimethylammonium) methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate.
USE: A remedy for bacterial infections.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula II (B1 is carboxyl-protecting group; B2 is amino-protecting group) is made to react with a tertiary amine and of the protecting groups are removed to give the compound of formula I .
