Abstract:
To provide a chemical liquid housing member which keeps a low amount of dissolved oxygen in a chemical liquid, hardly causes a deterioration due to oxidation and excellent in stability with an elapse of time.
The chemical liquid is housed in a chemical liquid container 10 comprising a plastic of which the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr after steam or hot-water sterilization treatment is 200 cm3/m2*24h*atm or above and the oxygen permeability under the condition of a temperature of 25°C and humidity RH of 60% within 12 hr when the oxygen permeability is in a steady state, is 100 cm3/m2*24h*atm or below. After the container is hermetically sealed and subjected to steam or hot-water sterilization treatment, the chemical liquid container is preserved under an environment having a deoxidation means until the oxygen permeability of the plastic reaches the steady state to adjust the concentration of dissolved oxygen of the chemical liquid to 2 ppm or below.
