Abstract:
To provide a chemically strengthened glass of which resistance to heat crack is enhanced by adding high strength to an edge part, and a fire protection facility using the same.SOLUTION: A chemically strengthened glass 1 has a glass plate 2 to be furnished on a building wall surface as a fire protection facility, a tensile region 3 at a tensile state, formed in a center part of the glass sheet 2, a compression region 4 at a compression state, formed in an edge part of the glass plate 2 by surrounding the tensile region 3, and an uneven part 5 at an uneven shape with an edge surface of the glass sheet 2 continuing, formed at the edge part on at least a side of the glass plate 2, and formed in the compression region 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
