Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply chemicals efficiently with simple equipment from a chemicals container such as a container which contains a lot of chemicals to a chemicals tank attached to a gas cooler, a boiler and the like.
SOLUTION: A chemicals transfer device comprises a chemicals container 10 which contains chemicals; a diaphragm pump 11, a draft tube 16 of chemicals connected at its one end to the chemicals container and the other end to a suction opening of the diaphragm pump 11, a discharge pipe 17 connected at its one end to a discharge opening of the diaphragm pump 11 and the other two ends respectively to chemicals tanks 18-I, 18-II positioned where chemicals are supplied; and an opening/closing valve 19 provided at the discharge pipe 17. This device controls the operation of the diaphragm pump 11 by opening/ closing of the opening/closing valve 19.
