PURPOSE: To provide a chemiluminescence device preventing a solution from jumping out and having good light efficiency by providing a first light- transmitting container filled with one of two solutions and a second container filled and sealed with the other solution, and allowing two solutions to be mixed in the first container for luminescence.

CONSTITUTION: A lower case 17 can be screwed to the upper opening section 15 of an upper case 14. When both cases 15, 17 are screwed together, the lower case 17 presses a cover 11, a lug 13 breaks a second container 8, and two solutions are mixed in a first container 6 for luminescence. The first container 6 which is the outside container is not required to be bent, a nonflexible transparent glass or a transparent resin can be used, the emitted light can be effectively utilized without being absorbed, and the efficiency of light is good. When the cover 11 is pressed, the inner second container 8 can be broken, and the solution is prevented from being scattered. The glass having little reactivity with the solution can be utilized for the first container 6, thereby a chemiluminescence device having a long shelf life is obtained.
