A seat 2 of an automobile has a pair of both side installation receiving parts 6 having respectively bars 8. The child seat 1 has a base body 11 and a seat body 12. The base body 11 has a pair of both side fitting parts 44, and these fitting parts 44 are fitted to the bars 8 to be installed on the seat 2. The base body 11 has a first engaging part 55 and a second engaging part 57 on an upper surface. The seat body 12 is turned with the first engagement receiving part 21 as a fulcrum after hooking the first engagement receiving part 21 arranged on the front side on the first engaging part 55, and a second engagement receiving part 22 is engaged with the second engaging part 57 to be fixed to the base body 11. The seat body 12 is put in a state of being pressed to the seat 2 side to be stabilized without loosening.
