To provide a chip automatic separation and conveyance device capable of preventing clogging in a chip conveyance passage by chips.
In this chip automatic separation and conveyance device 1, the chip conveyance passage 20 of a supply feeder 2 supports two orthogonally crossing faces of the chip T by two inclined conveyance faces 2a, 2b to convey the chip T with inclined attitude. An index table 1 receives the chip T at a halfway position of the chip conveyance passage 20, and its downstream end is opened. The chip T which is not transferred onto the index table 1 from the chip conveyance passage 20 does not stagnate, is conveyed onto the downstream side as it is, and is discharged from the supply feeder 2. The chip T discharged from the supply feeder 2 is returned to the upstream side of the chip conveyance passage 20 by a return feeder 3 for reflux.
