The chip molding tool 1 is for adjusting the curving shape of the metal chip 5 for an artificial nail to be attached to a nail of a finger or toe. The chip molding tool includes: a pair of two grips 3a and 3b which can turn around a pivot 2; and a pair of pressing parts 4a and 4b disposed opposite from the grips 3a and 3b respectively across the pivot 2. The pressing parts can be turned and layered on each other in the direction of approach or separation according to the turning of the grips 3a and 3b in the direction of approach or separation. A plurality of recesses 6 with different curvatures are formed at one pressing part 4a, and a plurality of projections 7 which can be engaged with the projections 6 are formed at the other pressing part 4b.
