Abstract:
To provide a mechanical hand-operated grinding machine that is able to uniformly grind a rake angle and a clearance angle of a chip saw for a grass cutter, can easily be manufactured at a low cost by anyone and can also secure safety.SOLUTION: A feed device and a chip saw mounting portion ASSY start hole are provided on a member mounting board. The starting holes are provided at the respective lower central parts of the feed device and a chip saw ASSY plate member. Both the members are connected with a bolt and a nut, and thereby the feed device and a chip saw mounting portion ASSY laterally feed, with a starting-hole bolt as an axis, a chip saw mounted using the principle of a pendulum. A pole for feeding a feed spring ASSY allows feed of teeth by moving a chip saw teeth chamber by the action of a feed spring. Using the front surface and rear surface of a grinding disk grinder stone, thereby using the grinder angle adjustment hole and grinding portion ASSY movement groove of a grinding portion ASSY for a rake angle and a clearance angle of a chip saw for a grass cutter, enables clearance-angle grinding and rake-angle grinding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
