PURPOSE: To save labor and correct a poor sanitary environment and the danger and fatigue of workers by executing the work of chipping and grain raising on concrete bridge base surfaces, the independent concrete column surfaces of a structure, or the like mechanically without relying on the manual labor of the workers.
CONSTITUTION: Respectively on an upper section frame 3 and a lower section frame 5 for enabling spaces to be vertically controlled to be extended or shrunk, pressure-welding plates 7 to be controlled in removable contact with the side surfaces of a concrete column 1 are arranged, and the respective upper section frame 3 and lower section frame 5 are set to be fixed on or removed from the concrete column 1. Besides, either one of the upper section frame 3 or the lower section frame 5, or a power type chipping machine 11 on both the sides is set to be movably controlled along the peripheral surface of the concrete column 1, and an ascending or descending type chipping equipment 2 is composed. Then, the ascending or descending type chipping device 2 is combined with the concrete column 1, and the respective pressure-welding plates 7 of the upper and lower frames 3, 5 are alternately controlled in removable contact with the chipping concrete column 1, and the upper and lower frames 3, 5 are column alternately controlled to be extended or shrunk, and the equipment 2 is self-moved up or down along the concrete 1, and with the power type chipping machine 2, the peripheral surface of the concrete column 1 is chipped.
