Abstract:

To provide a compound which can be used to enhance MR imaging and as a photosensitizing compound used in photosensitizing therapy for tumors and other hyperproliferative tissues.

The compound which is a chemically bonded material of a photosensitizing tetrapyrrole compound and a plurality of radionuclide element atoms, which can be used to enhance R images and as the photosensitizing compound used in photosensitizing therapy for the hyperproliferative tissues is obtained. Specifically, the radionuclide elements are selected from the group consisting of technetium99 , indium111, radioactive iodine and lanthanoids containing gadolinium.
