Title:
CHLOROGALLIUM TETRA-2,3-PYRIZINOPORPHYRAZINE CRYSTAL, PHOTOCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL AND ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC RECEPTOR CONTAINING THE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1017782
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a new chlorogallium tetra-2,3-pyrizinoporphyrazine crystal, having excellent photosensitivity and durability as a photoconductive material and provide an electrophotographic receptor produced by using the crystal as a photoconductive material of a photosensitive layer.

This chlorogallium tetra-2,3-pyrizinoporphyrazine crystal is free from distinct diffraction peak in the range of 5° to 40° of Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) or has main diffraction peaks at least at 14.15°, 17.51° and 25.81° or has main diffraction peaks at least at 10.77°, 17.82° and 26.72° in an X-ray diffraction spectrum taken by using CuK α ray (λ=1.54). The crystal is useful as a photoconductive material for electrophotographic receptor. An electrophotographic receptor can be produced by including the crystal in a photosensitive layer.
