Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title choke coil in the outer diameter of winding parts smaller than that of gear type choke coil as well as in smaller sharing area in a substrate packaging step.
CONSTITUTION: Within the title choke coil and noise filter assembled by fitting an end flange 4, a central flange 3, a partition flange 5 and a crossover of an equidivisional square cylindrical bobbin 2 having a crossover to a cetral magnetic leg of a longitudinal Greek letter θ type core 1 and after winding windings 9, 10 around the crossover between the end flange 4, the central flange 3 and the partition flange 5, said core 1 and said bobbin 2 are fitted to the trench parts of the terminal base 7 implanted with pin terminals 8 and then the lead end 16 of the windings 9, 10 are connected to the pin terminals 8 so as to form a connecting part 17.
