Further, various kinds of daily dishes cooked by a vacuum cooking method, an ultrahigh pressure cooking method, a retort cooking method or a quick freezing method, cut vegetables, cut fruits and various salads are separately or compositely received in each other container 1 to provide plentiful menus for lunches. Favorite menus are selected from the plentiful menus, piled up each other into a two or three-layered lunch, and covered with a lid to provide a choice lunch.
