Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer in which a decision can be made easily and objectively whether the analyzer operates normally even when the composition of eluate or the conditions for supplying liquid are altered.
SOLUTION: Eluate 1, 2 is pressure fed through a pump 5 and a sample is injected by means of a sample injector 7. The sample 8 is separated through a column 8 into each component which is then through a detector 9 to an analyzing section 10a and analyzed. A pressure sensor 6 measures the pressure of eluate. At the time of measuring an unknown sample, an input section selects a standard data or a pressure transition data of samples analyzed before. The decision section 10b of a data processor 10 takes the ratio or difference of each value between the pressure measurement of unknown sample and the selected pressure transition data at the same time after injection of the sample thus deciding the extent of matching thereof.
