Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a separation method of a diastereomer of a hetrazepine derivative into its enantiomer with high purity.
CONSTITUTION: A diastereomer of a hetrazepine derivative is subjected to liquid chromatography using cellulose triacetate as a stational phase, and using methanol, ethanol, methanol/water, ethanol/water, ethanol/hexane, or ethanol/ isopropanol/hexane as a mobile phase.
