Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress irregular rotation of a winding core and ensure stable film winding operation.SOLUTION: A chuck device rotatably holding one end of a winding core when winding a resin film around the winding core, comprises: a plurality of chuck claws 10 movably held in a radial direction of the winding core, and arranged along a circumferential direction to form a generally disk-shaped assembly; tapered portions 10a formed on the respective chuck claws 10 so that the tapered portions 10a are assembled when the generally disk-shaped assembly is formed to form a generally conical tapered surface near a center of each chuck claw 10; and a conical member 9 having a conical tapered surface 9a formed on an outer surface thereof and engaged with the respective tapered portions 10a, and axially moved forward or backward by a forward/backward driving mechanism 11 to synchronously and radially move the plurality of chuck claws 10. Sizes are set such that a ratio d/D is within a range of 0.2 to 0.8 if it is assumed that a diameter of a disk as the assembly of the plurality of chuck claws 10 is D and an average diameter of diameters of the conical member 9 along the axial direction is d.
