To obtain the above mitigator having ciliary muscle tension mitigating effect, thus useful for remedying symptoms closely involved in ciliary muscle tension, especially treating pseudomyopia and asthenopia, containing, as active ingredient, an endothelin transferase inhibitor.
This ciliary muscle tension mitigator contains, as active ingredient, an endothelin transferase inhibitor such as phosphoramidon, pref. being made into pharmaceutical preparations in the form of oral, agent such as tablets, capsules, granules or powder, or eyedrop. A relevant eyedrop can be prepared by using, e.g. an isotonic agent such as sodium chloride, buffering agent such as sodium phosphate, nonionic surfactant, stabilizer such as sodium citrate, and antiseptic agent such as paraben. It is preferable that the amounts of an eyedrop and an oral agent to be administered be 0.05-5v/w% and 0.1-1-000mg in one to several portions a day, respectively.
