Title:
CINECAMERA USING FILM CARTRIDGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS568130
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make this camera usable for both of films for simultaneous sound- recording and exclusive for image recording by automatically changing over the film feed speed for taking to constant-speed controlling and variable-speed controlling.

CONSTITUTION: When a film cartridge 1 for simultaneous sound-recording is loaded in the camera and the camera is set in a sound-recording state, a switch 52 is closed and a loop detecting member 24 contacts the loop part of a film 2. When a main switch 46 and a release switch 47 are closed in this state, film-feed motors 40, 7 for sound-recording and taking operate respectively. When the detecting member 24 detects a decrease or increase in the loop of the film 2, it turns OFF or ON a switch 51 which in turn controls the rotating speed of the motor 7, thus the film loop is maintained always at a predetermined amount. When a cartridge exclusive for image recording is going to be used, a switch 52 is open; hence, the motor 7 is subjected to constant-speed controlling by a governor 49. In this way, either of the cartridges may be used.
