To provide a device which achieves circuit conduction and cut-off with a simple composition.
A circuit conduction cut-off device 10 includes: a main body section 11 which has a first connector section 16; a second connector section 31 which is connected to a terminal section of an electric wire 32 arranged on a power route communicated with a device from a power B, attached to the first connector section 16 in a regular position to electrically connect the electric wire 32 and the circuit of the main body section 11, and which cuts off electric connection of the electric wire 32 and the circuit of the main body section 11 by moving from the regular position; and a key member 50 which allows the second connector section 31 to move to the regular position when attached to the main body section 11, and regulates the second connector section 31 to move to the regular position when not connected to the main body section 11.
