Abstract:
To build a DB efficiently and to enhance design efficiency by improving a user interface.SOLUTION: A circuit design device 100 comprises: a circuit topology DB in which a circuit topology is extracted from circuit assets and disposing positions of contained circuit components are registered as perforated places; a circuit component DB in which each component having compatibility in allocations of pins replaceable for the perforated places and identical functionality is registered; a combination circuit generation section for, inputting required specifications of a circuit to be designed, selecting the circuit topology, the circuits components, and a simulation analytical method, searching a user interface receiving instructed information, and two DBs based on each information, reading applicable circuit topology data and circuit component data, and generating combination circuit data; a simulation execution section for executing a simulation of each generated combination circuit; and result comparison section for comparing a simulation result with the required specifications, for bringing a combination circuit satisfying the required specifications as a candidate circuit to be designed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
