CONSTITUTION: When the inspection is instructed from an input part 1, an inspection object setting picture 9 is displayed on a display 7 by the processing part. In this case, whether the specified kind of elements exist within the extent of the inspection or not is decided by searching a work memory 5. If the elements exist, they are taken out one by one and whether it has the value for the specified attribute name or not is decided. If it has the value, whether the value coincides with the value in the system of the specified E standard number or not is decided by referring to an E standard number table 4. As for the error display, if the object element is blinked on the display 7 by a display control part 8 and the element value according to this error display is corrected, the circuit diagram is completed. Thus, the working time for the inspection can be shortened and the inspection mistakes can be prevented.
