Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device that allows transmitting an electrical signal between two circuits not connected to each other and is robust against noise.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes a first transmission inductor 200, a first insulating layer 120, a first reception inductor 300, and a second reception inductor 320. The first transmission inductor 200 is composed of a spiral conductor pattern and receives a transmission signal. The first reception inductor 300 is disposed in a region overlapping the first transmission inductor 200 via the first insulating layer 120. The first reception inductor 300 is composed of a spiral conductor pattern and generates a reception signal corresponding to a transmission signal inputted to the first transmission inductor 200. The second reception inductor 320 is connected in series to the first reception inductor 300 and is composed of a spiral conductor pattern. The second reception inductor 320 generates a voltage reverse to the voltage occurring in the first reception inductor 300 in reaction to a magnetic field of an identical direction.
