Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of transmitting an electric signal between two circuits not interconnected, and strong against noise.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes a first inductor 200, a first isolating layer 120, a first reception inductor 300, and a second reception inductor 320. The first transmission inductor 200 consists of a first spiral conductive pattern, and to which a transmission signal is inputted. The first reception inductor 300 is placed in a region overlapping the first transmission inductor 200 via the first isolating layer 120. The first reception inductor 300 consists of a second spiral conductive pattern, and generates a reception signal corresponding to a transmission signal inputted to the first transmission inductor 200. The second reception inductor 320 is connected in series with the first reception inductor 300, and consists of a third spiral conductive pattern. The second reception inductor 320 generates a voltage in the direction opposite to the first reception inductor 300, for a magnetic field of the same orientation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
