Abstract:
To stably sell power by linking a wind power generator G to a commercial electric power system PL.
A rectification unit 11, a voltage control unit 12, a booster 13, and a linkage unit 14 which are connected to the wind power generator G and a capacitor C connected to the output side of the voltage control unit 12 are provided. The voltage control unit 12 controls an output voltage to be constant in accordance with a working voltage, the capacitor C charges or discharges depending on a generated output Pg of the wind power generator G and a selling electric power Pb can be sent out to the commercial electric power system PL through the linkage unit 14.
