Abstract:

PURPOSE: To get an output signal by generating the first and second clock signals depending on the variation of the temperature and the process, and the third and fourth clock signals responding to an input clock signal, counting the first clock signal during a first condition of the third clock signal, and correcting the input signal in response to plural output signals indicating the variation of the temperature and the process.

CONSTITUTION: A frequency of an output of a voltage controlled oscillator 12 is made 1/2 by a half-dividing circuit 16, and the output is sent to a first counter phase clock generating unit 18 to generate the clock XCLK, YCLK. A second counter clock generating unit 20 generates the clock VX, VY by a digital input signal. A fall detecting unit 24, a shift registor 26, an inverter 28, an AND gate 30, and a buffer circuit 32 count the clock XCLK during a first condition of the clock VX, to generate plural output signals indicating the variation of the temperature and the process, so that an correcting circuit 34 corrects the input signal corresponding thereto, to get the output signal.
