Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device, an oscillator, electronic equipment, a mobile body and the like, capable of suppressing generation of defects caused by frequency drift of an oscillation frequency and the like.SOLUTION: A circuit device includes: an A/D conversion part 20 that performs A/D conversion of a temperature detection voltage VTD from a temperature sensor part 10, and outputs temperature detection data DTD; a processing part 50 that performs temperature compensation processing of an oscillation frequency on the basis of the temperature detection data DTD, and outputs frequency control data DDS of the oscillation frequency; and an oscillation signal generation circuit 140 that generates an oscillation signal by using the frequency control data DDS and a vibrator XTAL. The processing part 50 outputs the frequency control data DDS that is changed by k×LSB (k≥1) unit. When an output frequency of the frequency control data DDS of the processing part 50 is defined as fs, and a change of the oscillation frequency by the change in k×LSB unit of the frequency control data DDS is defined as Δf, Δf/fs<1/10is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
