Abstract:
To provide a circular saw cutting machine capable of improving productivity and also promoting unmanned operations in enabling automatic replacement of a saw blade without spoiling a degree of freedom of machine design and a degree of freedom of factory layout.SOLUTION: A circular saw cutting machine 1 lets an articulated robot 60 to perform a blade replacing operation in which a new blade cassette 80new which contains a plurality of new saw blades and a used blade cassette 80used which may contain a plurality of used blades detached from a main shaft are mounted on a table 71 of a blade stocker 70, and when a circular saw 5 wears and so on and needs to be replaced, the circular saw is detached from the main shaft and housed in the used blade cassette 80used, and a new circular saw taken out of the new blade cassette 80new is mounted on the main shaft. The new blade cassette 80new and used blade cassette 80used are composed of blade cassettes which are portable and independent of each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
