To operate a circumferential array valve uniformly by opening/closing a valve element to an interlocking link ring driven by a servo motor and turned along a fluid chamber outer peripheral surface through a link device, in the driving device of the circumferential array valve for leading a fluid while opening/closing an opening port such as a steam governing valve fully.
When a servo motor 20 is driven and a cylinder shaft 22 is pushed out, an interlocking link ring 10 is pushed in a circumferential direction, guided to a guide bracket 11, and moved along the outer peripheral surface of a steam chamber outer peripheral wall 6. The interlocking link ring 10 and a link device 14 installed between the ring 10 and other end side of a valve shaft 8 projected from the steam chamber outer peripheral wall 6 outward, are operated, and the valve shaft 8 is moved in the outer diameter direction of the steam chamber 5, namely, in a direction lifted up from a valve seat 4. A valve element 7 fixed on one end side of the valve shaft 8 is removed to a direction slipped off from the valve seat 4, an opening arranged in a circumferential direction is opened to the outer peripheral wall 2 of a nozzle chamber 1, and steam led into the steam chamber 5 is ejected to the nozzle chamber 1.
