Abstract:
To provide a clad steel plate that achieves both of bendability and wear resistance at high levels.SOLUTION: A clad steel plate has a base material joined to a cladding metal. The cladding metal has a component composition containing, in mass%, C: 0.001-0.160%, Si: 0.01-2.00%, Mn: 0.10-2.50%, P: 0.025% or less, S: 0.02% or less, Al: 0.001-0.100%, N: 0.01% or less and O: 0.01% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and has a Brinell hardness at a position of 1 mm deep from the surface of less than 425 HBW 10/3000. The base material has a component composition containing, in mass%, C: more than 0.23% and 0.34% or less, Si: 0.01-2.00%, Mn: 0.10-2.50%, P: 0.025% or less, S: 0.02% or less, Al: 0.001-0.100%, N: 0.01% or less and O: 0.01% or less, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and has a Brinell hardness at a position of 1 mm deep from the surface of 460-590 HBW 10/3000.
